D Madrid Decorations

We got married Nov 23rd 2013 and came to D Madrid decorations to get everything we needed. We signed a contract and but a lot of things on the contract weren't giving to us on the day of the wedding and there were a lot of issues: The person that we kept in touch the whole time(wedding planner)Lucy Madrid wasn't there when we got there because she had an other event that required her attention my wedding my one in a life time event wasn't important enough even though I paid her for it. She left us with the owner who we have never met before.The bar opened at 7pm we got enough beer for the whole night by 9pm the beer was all gone and only 15 people were drinking??? We dont know what happened to all the beer??? My husband had to go and buy more.The owner guy bad mouth us the whole time, We asked them to call Lucy and have her come back He treated us bad and told us he wasnt going to call her and that we could cancel the event if we wanted to he didnt care obviously that was not an option our friends were already there. He treated as like if we never paid for our event. And didn't want to help us with anything. Actually he didn't help with anything. He was just walking around doing nothing mostly outside smoking a lot and left the bar unattended so many times. We saw him drinking and eating a lot of timesThe owner who was also the bar attendant asked our friend for tips every time they came to the bar to get a drink, but some of our friend didn't have cash, so He told them they couldn't get any beer.The decoration wasn't done they way I asked them to do it I even provided them with pictures. Everything was wrinkled, sloppy and dirty some of the chairs didnt even have the color ribbon I requested they didnt match.We paid for enough food for 150 people but only half of our guest came to the party but they ran out of food??? Also about 20 out of 75 guest were kids and we got 10 pizzas for the kids and all the pizza was gone but the still the food was not enough not even for 50 people
