On 08/30/I *** *** entered into contract with *** *** of D & M Services *** *** *** *** ** 04951-(*** *** to install a total of heat pumps with condenser units in my home located at ** *** **., Lisbon, ME The price for installation and a small panel for the electric was $13,He asked for an initial deposit of $which I gave (check # ***)He said it should take 3-days weather permittingHe barely came around to work and each time he did, he asked for more money for random things such as a wire for my electrical panel that he never brought over nor replaced...he demanded more money to upgrade my electrical panel although he originally stated he could install heat pumps with my original panel, and asked for an additional $He kept on giving excuses for why he couldn't come and basically heat pumps are just hanging on the wall like a picture, no wiring or plumbing ever installedAs soon as my husband returned from out
