D & M Septic Tanks

I initially signed a year contractD&M did not fulfill their contractual agreements, instead of years of service I received one servicing in year and they refuse to service my tank causing me to live without electricityWhen I spoke to the owner she talked to me as though she was scolding an animalVERY UNPROFESSIONAL! No manners as a business owner at all! All I wish for is my contract to be fulfilled and the owner refuses!
