Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for taking the time to communicate the customer service issues you encountered with your purchase of doors from our company As a 100% employee owned company, we strive to deliver the best resources for all our customersIn response to your complaint, we would like to clarify a few of your issues: · The doors were refunded 100% on invoice numbers 110540C and 108680C The door frames, which you kept, were not refunded· We do provide “construction doors” free of charge as a curtesy for our customers who order “special order” doors from our vendors Special order doors may have a longer lead time from our vendors due to the uniqueness of the door features that are requested Our sales associates try to be as accurate as possible with the estimated lead times but ultimately multiple factors can influence the timing of when we receive product from our vendors· We were not aware of the issues you were having with your hanging of the temporary doors As a service to our customers, D&M has a full-time service technician to assist with service issues such as this We would have been more than happy to assist you with this servicePlease accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you Again, we appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at delivering the best resources for our customers Thank you, Brian [redacted] D&M Industries
