I purchased a piece of heavy equipment ( roller compactor) from David R. Dill concrete that was described as functional with no leaks. Once I received the compactor I realized that the drive train was not functioning the way it was designed. I looked under the machine and saw 2 hydraulic hoses that had been disconnected. Upon further inspection one wheel hub was missing all the gears that make the wheel turn. I contacted Dill concrete and many apologies were given to me and, I was told they would work with me to resolve the problem. I have called and emailed many times with no response. The one part that is missing is $4000.00 in cost alone.
