The deceptive practices that I experienced are not just an isolated incident. While I was inquiring concerning my astronomical balance the salesman inadvertently mention the issue with someone else was inquiring concerning the same thing. I'm positive there are more after reading reviews on various sites. Non disclosure of true balance, differing equity vs absorbing is deceiving. I know that every deal is case by case but disclosure is universal. I was lead to believe that after I pay $900 for 60 months and still owing $18,000 is a better position than being $6,000 negative in equity. I was purchasing a 2017 with substantial rebate then in delivery was switched to 2018 with no rebate and differed balance vs absorbing the negative equity which would have not carried over any balance. I was very clear and specific from the beginning on my purpose for engaging in the deal. I've begged for resolve and nothing. It's been 4 weeks and there has to be a right to rescind, early termination or some legal resolve. I have repeatedly asked over the last 2 weeks what we need to do to get out and no one has assisted in doing so. The mental anguish, stress and depression it's causing is exhausting. Everyday I hate looking at the vehicle and am disgusted that I was deceived and not disclosed the true numbers to make a logical desicion that would benefit me and my family best. I have literally called emailed and text every day to get something done and It's a constant battle and chitter chatting delaying my request. More deception and mental anguish.
