not receive compensation for the supplies. The project was not completed. [redacted] deserves a partial refund for the returned supplies. This complaint is not resolved.

We finally spoke with our customer today after multiple phone calls and email. We have reached an agreement; dry rot work was completed. Customer is being credited for the returned material, Credit satisfactorily agreed upon for all party's is $ 450.00.  Thank YouG.
