I made a claims sheet with her and sent her a check for $500 for the items that were broken and she said she never got it so I sent her another one. I told her I would forward on the TV claim to my... insurance company and they have been in contact with her. I will fax the claims sheet also. I have never received any check in the mail and was told that it "didn't go through". They lied to me again about mailing out the check. AND I contacted their insurance and was the first the insurance company had ever heard of anything. The insurance had never heard from the carrier. And it doesn't change the fact that all of my belongings were damaged and I did not find one piece of packing material. Insurance or not the amount of damage during this move is unacceptable.
