D J Masters

I hired DJ Master's to play at wedding reception on 6/23/12, they failed to show and promised refund which I have not received.
I hired (name), DBA DJ Master's to play at my wedding reception on 6/23/12. I payed $400.00 by check for this service in advance on 1/15/12. Due to miscommunication on both parties, they failed to show for my reception. promised me a refund at the time and now refuses to honor his promise.
