The customer paid to have the tree cut down, but not to haul the debris. There is nothing in the contact about providing free dirt. The customer has a copy of the agreement.

I hired the company two months ago to cut down a tree in my front yard and was charged $400. I paid the fee with cash, but did not get a receipt (although he promised to provide one). The tree was cut down, but he did not cut it up. When I asked him to cut it up he said he would be back, but he never did. I last called August 5th and he refused to return.
