D & D Trailers

I brought in my 8 horse trailer to have saddle racks installed as well as a new logo and some damage from a blowout fixed. Upon inspection, they noticed there was an issue with an axle that needed to be replaced. I brought in my trailer in august, with several conversations prior to, with the understanding I would need it by Sept. I still don't have it back. The axle is nowhere to be found, nobody has been in touch with me, and when I finally get someone on the phone, no one knows anything. I use this trailer for my business and I have unable to operate since August. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and above all, insulting.
