I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We have a three part resolution policy if we should ever have a dissatisfied customer. It is our policy to attempt to rectify any situation in our services by first requesting that we be given a chance to correct any issue and make the customer pleased with the service we provided at no
additional charge. After that attempt is made, and if the customer still remains unsatisfied, we would, of course, afford them the benefit of returning the original charge for the service. 3. Should any customer be so unsatisfied with their initial service, that we are not even given the opportunity to make them pleased, we would, of course, return their original charge. From reading the request, it sounds as if this customer chooses option 3. We are more than happy to write the refund check for her and her friend. They may contact me at the salon during working hours so I can prepare their refund check, schedule a time when we can meet to hand over the check, it cannot be mailed, and wish them the best of the Holiday Season
