D&D replaced my roof and gutters in 2009. At the time, I was very satisfied with their work. Recently, my gutter started to leak over my front door. I called D&D repeatedly. Most of the time, they didn't even answer the phone. After 6 weeks of calling, I had to hire someone else to do the repair job that should have been covered by their warrantee.
