Our customer rented a vehicle from ***After we completed the repairs he left the vehicle in our parking lot and locked the keys insideI spoke with *** the following morning about having the vehicle unlockedThe lady with *** said the customer would have to pay for the
vehicle being unlockedLater that afternoon multiple *** employees (not our customer) came to pick up the vehicle but we had not been informed of them comingI informed the Employee with *** that it would be a few minutes because we did not here back from themInstead of calling a towing company and waiting a hour or more for them to get there, I used my personal lock out kit to open the vehicleI gave the *** Employee (Mr.***) the keysHe ask then asked for a receipt, I explained to him that there is no receipt that I can generate for thisIt is not a service we offerHe said ok and walked outI went back to work in the shopMinutes later Mr.*** walked into the back of the shop ,past a posted sign (Authorized Personal Only)I saw stopped my work walk to him and said yes sir, He asked for receipt again stating they needed it on there endI told Mr*** there is no receipt I can give him , I can Locked the keys back in the car and they can call a towing company that can give them a receipt being that is a service they provide or he can leaveMr*** then leftI have spoke with the Manager of *** and have offered a letter head with me stating the payment and serviceI have yet to hear a response from ***
