D & D Custom Tile

The owner goes by . He was hired by my general contractor to build a shower pan and time a new shower area in a bathroom I was remodeling. Although he did well at installing large flat tiles on the wall, he failed to plan for and consider where the shower spout escutcheon went and now the area where the escutcheon will go will have to be repaired so the escutcheon can set flat against the wall or the tile. He installed a mosaic tile on the shower floor that was a small square pattern. He either failed to plan for the location of the drain or just didn't want to mess with it and installed the tile around the drain in a manner that was not centered. It too will have to be repaired. He also "glued" with silicone caulk (I think this is what he used) the drain plate itself to the top of the floor tile rather that plan and install it flush with the shower floor which created a high spot in the shower floor.
Although *** was offered the opportunity to fix the issues, he failed to contact me within a reasonable amount of time to do the necessary repairs. I have to seek the services of another tile professional to correct the problems he failed to fix. During the time he was putting in on the shower, *** was often a no show. He would say things like, "I'll be there in the morning" or "I'll be there Friday". But on several occasions he failed to be there as promised and on at least 2 occasions he used the same excuse twice.
