Company accepts no returns on their products but promises to corrective any issuesDid not properly honor a problem with my order Bought dolls with order ID XXXXXXItem XXXXX_Club was defective and would not properly stand up Contacted Integrity several times and was told the needed part was on its way to us No part ever came and we have asked our credit card company to charge back the $we paid for the defective doll Would gladly return the doll but Integrity's policy says that they will not accept returns with an RMA No longer want any parts but just want to end the problem Will close the credit card dispute if you can get Integrity to take the doll back for a refund

I put a $deposit on a doll and when I went to make payment I was told I was days late and the item was no longer availableThey kept my deposit
I placed a $deposit on a doll I received a "final payment" notice but did not receive any other notices When I saw the email I went to make payment but the link was no longer active It stated I was days late I contacted customer service to find out how I could make payment They said they had sent out other reminders about payment (which I did not receive in my inbox or spam folders) They said the doll was now sold out, and had been sold to another customer (within the days that were weekend days when they are not open) They refused to return my depositThey told me I should change my email server because my server was notoriously known for blocking their group emails, but I have not had problems with any other businesses contacting me via email
