My car was brought into this buissnes after being hit and covered by insurance. this buissness told me that they had to order a drivers side door and back quesrter panel that they would have my car fixed in 10 days. Ater 30 days I picked up the car in the rain. I noticed my trunk of my car didnt shut all the way, and noticed defects in the paint . The owner promised to get it fixed after the paint needed to cure in 2 weeks. It has been over 5 months. all the paint has bubbled all over where they painted and my trunk still doesnt close all the way. My last call to them was last week, the owner told me tuff luck he is NOT going to warranty any of his work( he is the painter) that recently took over the company from his dad . he told me his reason is the door and quarter panel he ordered was used which they all are due to the year of my car, and to go ahead and sue him due to he will not fix my car. he was paid over 3,500 and has been paid in full
