I would never, ever recommend D C Troisi Contracting for a construction project. We contracted with this firm in February, 2017, to add a second floor garage apartment on our garage. We are now in November and a complete roof is still not on the structure. The site has safety violations and is unmanaged. His early delays were due to too many open projects, but it has turned into complete non-performance. He does a spattering of work to give you the illusion of progress and then disappears for weeks. It is unfortunate given he was highly recommended.
I have heard that other projects have gone in a similar fashion. If I could rate him zero stars I would. There are plenty of other choices out there. I would certainly not recommend this shyster.
