D - Brick & Stone

Signed a contract with D-Brick & Stone to fix all cracks on stucco, repaint the whole house and put up gutters and gave him a deposit to get the supplies to work on the house. The contract was signed on January 9, 2014 and as of May 30, 2014 my house is partially painted, cracks are not all patched, and gutters are not installed. The paint job is horrible. Some of the house is painted with flat paint and some is painted with semi-glossy paint. Patch works is horrible the texture does not match my current stucco texture.I have given him many chances to fix and complete the job but he never shows up to do the job. He is very lazy, when he does show up he only does about an hour of work and then leaves. He never answered my phone calls.
