D Bedford Blacktop

In early November of 2011 - Bedford tore out our existing driving - replaced foundation and put in new driveway. Less than a year later, the driveway is cracking all the way around the edges. I have called three times in the last month to try and get someone to come and look at it . All three times I have been told someone will call me back and no one has returned the call. After researching the issue, it appears that cracking so soon is caused by a poor foundation.
