The three outstanding issues are out of the scope of our contract. We had sent a finished carpentry crew to address his punch list after our work was completed. He was satisfied at the time and paid his balance in full. The work was completed in the Fall of 2015. After over a year after the work was completed Mr. L[redacted] began emailing and calling us about his new issues with our work.
