D' Agostino Racing

Upon returning a part to D'agostino Racing with their prior approval and an RA#, I have not been credited with a refund after a period of 2 months.

I initially purchased a part from D'agostino racing back on March 10th 2013. After the part was received, I attempted to install the part but it would not fit correctly.

I attempted to call D'agostino Racing for over two weeks leaving messages and could never get anyone on the line or to return my calls.

With that being the case I finally had to go another route and order another part from a different company to finish my car so that it could be driven.

Upon finishing the car, I once again attempted to contact D'agostino racing and I was finally able to establish communication via email and explain what had happened. I expressed that I would like to get a refund on the part, and I was given an RA# to send the part back with. I enclosed the part clearly marked with the RA# and sent it back to the address I was instructed to.

After sending back the part I have tried numerous times over the past 2 months to contact D'agostino racing regarding the return and I not receiving responses to my email inquiries and I am never able to get through on their phone line.

D'agostino racing now has the returned part and my money and all I require is the refund I was promised.
