Overcharging for services. I was charge for 1-1/2 hours worth of labor and my car was only in the garage for 1 hour. When I question the charge he said "that's what the book/computer says I can charge" then he added " I didn't charge you for the diagnostic testing $29.99". If he would of charged me for that and only a hours labor they still over charged me by $10.43. This amount may seem small, but being on a fixed income it's a big difference.Actual Invoice: Part $194.27, Labor($78.00x1.5) $117.00, other charges $6.50, Tax $23.04 Total 340.81..Should of been charged: Part $194.27, Labor($78.00x1) $78.00, Diagnostics $29.99, other charges $6.50, Tax $21.62, Total $330.38.. Difference of $10.43..
