Review: I filed a compliant against this business for incomplete work & poor workmanship

The company wrote back that they were not fully paid when in fact they never completed the work they were contracted to do & further the work done to date is of poor quality & falling apart

They made false & unfounded accusations & you closed the case

What a disgrace

What kind of service are you.

People look to you to find reputable businesses but you would rather protect them then report them

I guess that is because they are the ones paying youDesired Settlement: finish the work & repair the faulty work

I am rejecting this response because:rather than finish work & repair defects this business makes completely unfounded accusations - this shows what type of business they really are

The work remains unfinished & numerous defects which czar obviously has no intention of finishing/repairing - they do poor workmanship & don't stand by their work

manufacturer of finishing compounds used by czar has said that the material was not properly applied

Customer could not provide any written statements from manufacturer or inspector. None. All accusations are completely baseless and invented by customer. We already provided all facts related to this issue in prior correspondence.
