Extremely dissatisfied with services rendered On 8/5/I brought my two Yorkie puppies in for grooming at Di's GroomingI have used this groomer twice before (with a different Yorkie) and loved their workThis was the first time my new puppies Bella & Gus went thereI had a face-to-face conversation with Di regarding what I wantedI explained that I wanted them bathed and their hair shapedI bathe my puppies twice a weekI take excellent care of my puppiesI just needed their hair trimmedWhen I came back to pick them up I was in shock and devastated!! They completely shaved both puppiesThe hair that was left on their head was very uneven and choppyThe girl who brought them out would not get off the phone to speak to meI asked where Di was and she said she is gone for the dayThe girl said they were matted so she shaved themThis is absolutely unacceptableThey should have called meI would have came back and picked them upI could have shaved them myself if that
