WARNING!! DO NOT USE CYPRESS POOL CARE. I hired them for weekly service on my pool and after cleaning it the pool still had dirt and leaves across the bottom. I asked if they could come out and clean it correctly and they sent me a text saying they were going to discontinue service for my pool. Very unprofessional. I contacted other servicers in the Cypress area and spoke to several other homeowners with pools and they were not surprised by how we were treated by Cypress Pool Care. If you want good pool care, do not call Cypress Pool Care!
