We did the electrical work on a home he builtGot our final inspections 10/14.Have not been paid the final balancefinal payment was due upon my final inspection, after my inspection he told me I would get paid when he sold the homeI informed him that was not the agreement and I'm not in the spec home businessHe finally sold and closed on the home this month 9/and he sends an email to me saying he can't pay the full balance and he hasn't paid other contractors as wellJust beware of this clownI didn't get the correct amount on my initial and "rough-in" draws and should of taken action then

I informed him that was not the agreement and I'm not in the spec home business. He finally sold and closed on the home this month 9/15 and he sends an email to me saying he can't pay the full balance and he hasn't paid other contractors as well. Just beware of this clown. I didn't get the correct amount on my initial and "rough-in" draws and should of taken action then.
