I received an unsolicited letter from this company. Do not give them any personal information such as social security number, name, age, address etc. A search of the return address on the envelope does not indicate any such business at this address. Street signage for the address on Google Earth as of April 2019 does not list the name of the company. The letter is of poor quality and appears to have been produced on a cheap monochrome laser printer. The body of the letter is three paragraphs followed by "Thank you," and a picture of a person followed by a name, title, company name, phone number and email address. There is no other information typical of business correspondence.
