Review: I paid the bike in full and since I purchased the bike it did not work at all. it stalls completely turn off and does not stay charged. I have taken the bike back which is a 3.5 hour drive 7 hours both ways. The owner did not offer to help with gas, or to pay for shipping of the bike. I can understand the first time that I have taken the bike back because it didn't work but the 2nd and 3rd time and still the problem isn't resolved. At this point they have had the bike for going on 2months without a solution I now would just like to have a refund of my money for the purchase of the bike.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my money refunded

We spoke to the customer last week and are fixing the issue with his motorcycle.

When the repairs are made we will be delivering the motorcycle to his residence
