Cycle Connection

Cycle Connection, or specifically the owner, has not been forthcoming with information, not produced the work promised, and is not willing to make things right. Do not, under any circumstances, give this company money up front. We have lost $4,000 with nothing to show for it. We picked up our bike 6 months after the promised date of completion in pieces. We had to pay another cycle shop to inventory the parts. We were invoiced incorrectly; being charged for our original parts and charged for parts for the company's sandblaster. We even found gaskets that belong to another customer...with his name on them! This company is completely unprofessional and careless.
