I called Mr*** back at ###-###-#### and left a voicemail for him to call me back and get this resolved
Refund received, while the busness is not very responsive, the agreement has been complied with and I am satisfied. Your automated system says there ias nothing for me to do.
Review: I ordered 2 products that do not perform as described and are not useful to me. This is described in more detail in my complaint to CyberGuys reproduced below. I have nad no responce from them.-----------------I found 2 problems with order [redacted]:Before placing the order, I ask no mention of OS support for ADATA Item # [redacted] or Item # [redacted]. Is [redacted] 98SE supported? and Cyberguys Support [redacted] answered Yes, either unit will work with at least [redacted] 98SE and above. The back of the package clearly states SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS [redacted]: XP/Vista/7/8. I need to return it unopened unless you ask me to try it on [redacted] 98SE any way in which case I may need to return the opened package. If your 245 0598 will work under Win98, I would take it as an even exchange but I am not wiling to order it and pay your usual shipping charge. While item 204 0733 lists Win98 as a OS, when I try to user it, the add hardware wizard wants a driver for USB 2.0-CRW but cant find it. [redacted] shows driver and sim editor but they provide the same file SC-900S-Driver.rar which includes [redacted] which is to install sim editor and smart driver. I dont know what smart driver is but after running it I still need driver for USB 2.0-CRW.I emailed [email protected] but with no help forthcoming. When searching for USB 2.0-CRW driver fort Win98 I found something for [redacted] USB 2.0 Card Reader Software, EngineVersion=11.50.0.43969 containing its own setup.exe and not knowing what is in the device you sold me, I tried running the setup but is was of no use. So if I am to keep it I will have to have a Win98 driver for USB 2.0-CRW. If both items need to be returned and there is no exchange, I want my original shipping charges back. With out these items I would not have placed an order.Desired Settlement: Refund $31.55 which included $2.32 for my return postage after I return the 2 items that are not as described.

Review: I contacted the business to inquire about a replacement charger since the one I had bought from them had recently stopped working. I sent them an email with a picture of the box the charger came in. Instead of sending me a similar/identical charger, they sent me a foot shorter cable in a different color. The color didn't make that much of a difference but a charger that is 4 ft compared to 3 ft makes a difference when it's plugged in and you are in bed or at your desk etc. It limits your range of motion. When I notified them that I was displeased, they replied with a snarky email and cited a news story where a woman had died. The email they sent me was:
Hi [redacted],
I apologize for how unacceptable it is to receive a free replacement cable as per our friendly and simple warranty policy, and the only difference is 1ft and the color (red/pink will be hip again one day, I’m sure). If you feel this needs the attention of the internet, then please let do so. The recent [redacted] New year story made some noise, so I’m sure this will too. In the meantime, can you provide a photo of the cable or package of the one you received so I can verify which cable model you have?
Thank you and Happy New Year,
I wouldn't recommend doing business with efilliate/cyber guys in the future. They are rude and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: It would be nice to get a sincere apology and a replacement charger.
