Review: Caller called and advised that my website was not registered, etc., and was coming up incorrectly on Google search. Wanted to update my web listing. Told him I wasn't interested. He persisted with his sales spiel. I told him no. Finally, I hung up. He called back right away and persisted in his sales spiel. I asked to speak to his supervisor, whereupon I was told that he didn't have one. I again told him no, advised him that this second call after my telling him that I was not interested constituted harassment. Again, hung up. He immediately called a third time and again started into his spiel. I advised him that this third phone call was definitely harassment and that I would be reporting him to any and all entities possible. These are not the first telephone calls I have received from this company, all of which have been requested to place me on a do-not-call list and not to bother me any more. My business is listed on the Canadian Do Not Call list and has been since its inception a year or more ago.Desired Settlement: Cyber Suite be prohibited from calling me again. An e-mail confirming my request to not be contacted be sent.

Happy New Year to you as well my friend. I did look into the situation with Cyber Suite. I reached out to the lady who left a complaint via email and by phone. I left her a voicemail asking for her to return the call and no response.
We call businesses nationwide and Canada offering the internet marketing services. We operate on a ‘Press 1’ type of dialer meaning our consultants are not physically dialing numbers. The client has to press one to communicate with us but I was unable to reach the business owner.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Ross called and left a message on the store voicemail on a day when my message states clearly that we are not open, and not in the store. In addition, the period in December is our busiest time of year, being a retail business. Furthermore, there is no reason why my business should be footing the bill for a long distance telephone call.
