The complaint itself comes from recent changes that some of their operated sites have undergone in revisions that has seemingly resulted in less news and media content in favor of more paid advertising and "sponsored" articles as paid and brand insertsBeyond this has been neglect and subsequent abuse of the social media components, generating a hostile user environment alongside improper administration caused by abuse of new and updated systemsThe quality of the user experience has degraded and the treatment of individual users has degraded, being a long-term user (~years) of one of their web platforms has directly impacted me as part of thatMy request as such is for Cyber Creations to have an open discussion on this matterMy commentary of "...review of their behavior and reprimand..." and "Proper enforcement of rules of conduct..." is a matter of what I'd wish to discuss with them and get understanding on their behaviorIt is a goal that results from obtaining communication and I would pursue in conjunction with the companySo to clarify, I would only be requesting that the company opening communication on the matter of it's changes and loss of service quality and detrimental conduct of it's userbase
