Cwristwraps

10/24/2019- Ordered 22 custom wrist wraps with "CrossFit Trajectory" to be printed on them. The cost of the wristwraps and shipping totaled $299.45.

11/25/2019- Wrist wraps were delivered.

12/7/2019- As were were getting ready to give the wrist wraps away we noticed that all 22 were printed incorrectly with "CrossFit Trayectory"; Trajectory was spelled with a "Y" instead of a "J". *** was notified immediately upon discovering the misspelling and he responded that same night saying that he was sorry and that he would send us corrected wraps right away.

1/2020- After not hearing from Orlando or Cwristwraps all December, numerous emails, and direct messages were sent to Cwristwraps and *** in addition to attempts to contact the company and Orlando via telephone throughout the month of January.

1/26/2020- It wasn't until 1/26/2020 when a message was sent from a different user name on the cwristwrap.com website did Orlando respond and he responded within minutes. I reminded him of our situation and asked for a status of our corrected wrist wraps. Orlando responded "Oh man! I'm sorry" and followed to say "I'll send the wraps this week, Sorry for the inconvenience."

1/30/2020- After not hearing anything throughout the week, I sent another message asking for the status of the wrist wraps and if they had been shipped. He responded by saying, "Hey Guys, I'll send the tracking number tomorrow morning sorry."

02/01/2020- After not receiving a tracking number, I reached out to Orlando again asking where he sent the tracking number. He then responded and said that he will not have the time to print the logo on the wraps.
