Apparently the backorder was not shipped in a timely matter. This customer has been refunded on 8/26/2015 for the amount of 36.91
Review: Order #[redacted] placed on 7/29/15. Contacted by DJ on 7/30/15 and was told that the blades and belt in order were on back order. Asked to have remainder of order shipped and refund the money for back order items. Received confirmation of shipment email 7/30/15 which included blades and tool belt on packing list. Sent response email asking for clarification of refund or shipment. Still (8/11/15) have not gotten response to that email sent to [redacted] . When shipment arrived on 8/3/15, called and spoke with [redacted] (or [redacted]? she would not clarify her name.)who claimed I never ask for a refund, and told me to wait for back order items to ship instead. When I insisted on a refund as I had gotten the blades and belt elsewhere by that point was told she would have to figure out refund amount and call me back. Did not receive call back all week. Called and left messsage 8:30 am monday 8/10/15 requesting call back again to obtain refund. Currently 3 pm 8/11/15 with no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of full amount for blades. I understand that the tool belt was built into a package kit, so at this point I really don't care about getting a refund for it. If you could refund the $23.52 I have paid for the blades so I never have to deal with your company again it would be appreciated greatly.
