Desiree was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist in the insurance claim process , she always picked up her phone even after hours to answer any questions I had , if there was paperwork she would work around my schedule and go wherever she had to

I must start by saying that I can't review the work because they haven't shown up to do it. I signed an agreement with CW Strickland on September 13 of 2016. They promised a build date of December 6 but said that tey had just started a new crew and expected the work to be done sooner. December the 7th, I contacted the Company when I hadn't heard from anyone. They called me to say that they couldn't actually start my roof until after the new year. This is problematic because I don't live in FL full time and had made arrangements to leave before the holidays. I consider myself to be a very reasonable person and even though I was very disappointed and it was costing me a sizeable amount to change my travel plans, I agreed to a new date, Jan 3rd 2017. I am writing this review at 1:07 on January 3rd having had no calls or explanation from CW Strickland. I would not recommend this Company. They have had the payment from my Insurance Company since October 4, 2016.
