Unfortunately, during their short tenure, they created membership agreements in which they verbally lied and misdirected customers during the signature process of the agreement. Dozens of members, like this customer, were misled to believe that after one year, their memberships would expire and they would no longer be charged for a membership even though the contract agreement with the billing company does not state that. I disclosed this information with Customer and we both came to an understanding regarding these unfortunate circumstances. As the new business owner, my team and I are working diligently to identify these situations and secure them appropriately. Best,
