Returned contract agreement as requested via fax with personal information including license number and credit card. Received email next day Friday at 5:30 PM that she had made mistake with booking the property. She had already booked the property and not realized this until I had already faxed my information in. This had been after 3-5 days of email correspondence about the property's availability and payment.
