Abet Medical would not send the insurance the request for a wheelchair part that was missing unail I had called them multiple timessages overy a month. The missing piece makes the wheelchair inoperable. The insurance approved the part in 3 days and I was told it was ordered. I have spent another month trying to track the piece and see if it has actually been ordered. I keep getting the run around and they will not return my calls as promised with the information. This is very frustrating and rediculous. My client cannot use their wheelchair because Abet has nit delivered. Horrible customer service and a very bad experience all around.
