Cuvesk has been a great IT company that provides quality customer service. I have always found every team member to be very professional, dependable and knowledgeable!

Early on 4/15/20 I was looking at a website when suddenly I received a warning, written and oral, that my PC was hacked - the background frame read Microsoft; that I shouldn't turn off the PC and call a tel. no. they provided. I asked the technician if he was from Microsoft, and he said yes, but he was lying - he was calling for Cuvesk. They "fixed" the problem and charged me $329.50 that included a 3 yr. warranty. Since they mislead me I expect that they will credit my card in the amount of $329.50.

My first experiences with *** outsourcing was extremely negative but an American company couldn't have done a better job this time! Perhaps neither could you without the excellent coordination of the American technical support of Ms. Robin W and local outsourcer Mr. K! Ordinarily I do not even review with the Gold Star in writing that people request even repeatedly after providing the customer every service!
