Miss [redacted] come in to have a baylage done she was decisive between two picturesFinally decided on one picture we perform her service she left the salon happy with hair, she even tipping stylist Extremely wellNext day she came back with a friend who said that she was unhappy with her hair and wanted the money back We offered to help make her feel better, she clearly stated that she just wanted her money backWe were not going to return money because we performed the service that she ask us to do Her friend made a seen in the salon with several clients there that were getting uncomfortable with the scene, we told her we can no longer service her and would have to ask her to leave if she continued making a scene
