I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
 I want to rebute, Nor Cal roofing has never called me, and they refuse to return my calls. Patio roof is a flat roof that runs underneath the garage roof over hang . When Nor Cal reroofed the patio they went underneath the overhang  for 18 feet for two feet they didn't. The last two feet water from the garage roof flows under the patio roof.  Now , water is getting under the patio roof in three spots from around the edge. They put a two foot patch on the roof which is also leaking. This is the third year ona a 8 year warranty. [redacted]
