Cutting Edge Tree Care

Website states in many places that estimates are free. I phoned, discussed what I was needing, scheduled an appointment, and was told there were no fees.
After someone finally came out, I was then told there was an issue that needed attention but someone else had to come out and a fee was going to be charged.
Pretty much a bait and switch operation.
