Dear Revdex.com: As requested this is the response letter for the Revdex.com complaint ID: *** First of all, I have never spoken to or dealt with *** *** before I have only dealt and spoken to *** *** on the matter of the sprinkler system since when we first started doing
the sprinkler system blow out for him When we get our client list for sprinkler blow outs we always have the customer verify that they want the service done via text or email so we have proof that they want us to provide the service for them In and Mr*** had sent us a text verifying the services After the service was completed he was invoiced and he sent payment In 2016, I called him from our client list and told him if he wanted our services to text or email his info so he can be put on the list Never received an email or text, so he was not put on our list for sprinkler blow outs for the winter of On June 1st 2017, nearly months after sprinkler blow outs for the winter of were completed he stated that he never received a bill and also that he had breaks in his sprinkler system Like I have said before he never was invoiced because we never performed the sprinkler blow out for him I then told Mr*** that we could come and take a look at his system and give him an estimate for repairs He was very impatient and would not stop calling about this issue stating this happened because I did not blow out his sprinkler system I can not be held accountable for his lack of sending a text or email to verify his name on our list for sprinkler blow outs for the winter I also told him that if he had an invoice and proof from his bank for a check written to Cutting Edge Lawn Care for sprinkler system blow out for winter I would be more than willing to work with him about the breaks in the system He also left me an email and voice mail stating he was going to turn me in to the Revdex.com and also attain a lawyer in this matter I have been in business since and never had a complaint nor been threatened like this I feel he is trying to get his repairs done for free and by threatening or turning a complaint to the Revdex.com would get this done.
