I paid this company in March to have my business mulched...It's now August and still has not been completed. He said in July it's bc his wheel barrow was stolen. I purchased him a new one and he promised to have it done by Aug 4. Well it's not Aug 17 and nothing. Not only that but he also admitted to using the money I had paid him for some personal things. DO NOT EVER USE!
