This is in response to complaint [redacted] against Chris Anne of Cuttin' Loose Hair Design. On Feb. 22 I gave [redacted] a perm. She requested loose curls. We discussed how her home hair color could affect the curl. I processed the perm it was picked out and left to air dry. She opted for no...
haircut. I told her to call if there were any problems or concerns. She called back on Friday Feb. 24 and said the curl seemed too loose. I told her to shampoo over the weekend and let me know if she was still unsatisfied. [redacted] called back on Mon. or Tue. and we set an appointment for March 7 at 4:30 to see what needed to be done. I talked personally to [redacted] on both of those phone calls. [redacted] did not show up for her appointment and I did not receive a cancellation call. I did not hear anything else about this until April 3 when I received a letter telling me that $95 had been taken out of my account as a chargeback. The letter said I could dispute this if I choose to. I did the necessary paperwork and won the money back. I tried and wanted to rectify the situation but I cannot do that if I am unable to see the hair and make an educated decision on what steps to take next. We give customers a week to notify us of any issues and we need them to come in and be seen to solve the issues. This is the first time in my long career that I have had someone take such measures against me. I have been in business in the area along time and feel I have a solid reputation.
