Kyle Wiley is sending me an invoice for $200 for lawn services. However, he is billing for services Jan 2019, Mar 2019 and 2 billings for Apr 2019. I paid via PayPal the January 2019 invoice 3900 for mowing. Screen shot attached.
I also advised Kyle Wiley via text on February 3, 2019 (before the March 2019 mowing) not to mow anymore and I would let him know when to come mow again. Kyle replied with Ok sounds good. Thank you (screenshots attached).
He has repeatedly sent invoices and my husband contacted him via phone and refuses to correct the issue. I have also sent texts previously advising to correct the issue and nothing has been resolved.

Desired Settlement ID: Billing Adjustment I would like xxxxx xxxx to correct the billing to a zero balance. I would also like him to cease and desist any and all communication. I would also like for him to NOT slander mine and my husbands name as we should not have to pay for something we paid AND advised not to come do anymore, with his agreement.
