I had work done by this company in and the black trim on the replaced windows was never replaced as it should have been at the time of the job I have continually called this company for a resolution to my complaint and they do not respond to my phone calls or messages I leave on their voice mailAll I have been asking of this company is for them to complete this project

I have been looking for a good glass company in East Texas to work withAfter several attempts and many glass companies later, I found Cutright GlassHave used them several times beforeGreat service and reasonable pricesWould recommend

The guys at Cutright always do a great job for me and stand by their work I saw the negative review about returning calls and as some advise>The best time to call them is 8-in the morning or 4-5:afternoon when they are back in the shop
