I have tried working with SNG on two occasions for lengthy cruises to obtain a walker/rollator The cost of renting for an extended period is way more than the cost to purchase...and they will sell one but can't seem to make appropriate arrangements for delivery to a ship claiming their vendor only delivers rentals They have not even tried to make any other arrangement After this second try I'm not even going to try using them any more Dealing directly with vendors in cities where we are going is a much more pleasant experience and not very difficult

Well I am a travel agent so I speak for MANY folks who have used this company as well as myself arranging it for my mom! This service allowed my mom to go on cruises as she had badly hurt her leg and could not walk distance and would have had to cancel the trips Thanks to special needs group she didn't have tioAs a travel agent customer they have saved at least Cruises for groups for folks that had a injury that would have cancelled there trips

Read the fine print. If you have a medical emergency and have to cancel, you will not get any money back even though no service was performed.
