To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to a complaint filed by *** ***My ID is ***.First of all, ** ***'s phone was originally dropped off on 7-10-and not 7-13-On 7-10-** *** signed a waiver which you should have received along with this
documentBecause we are a professional business that has fixed thousands of phones, we understand the extent of damage that can be done when a screen is cracked on a phoneI want to point out that the screen gets cracked because it takes an impactWhen opening a phone or any device up that was involved in an impact, you have no idea what all may be damaged in the deviceThe phone can work fine but just look like it is cracked, but as soon as you open up the phone many other damaged/loosened parts may be affected and other problems may occurThis is explained and is written in black and white so that the customer understands the risks*** *** signed this waiver on 7-10-and his phone happens to be one that was damaged internally due to the initial impact that caused the screen to crackWe went above and beyond to help this customer get his phone fixedWe even sent it away to a third party company at our cost to verify that damage was not caused by screen repair and also to see if that company could repair the part that was damagedWe even offered to lend *** *** one of our smartphones while he waited for his phone to be returned to us but he denied our offer*** *** picked up his phone on 9-28-in non-working condition with our new screen on it.Sincerely,Jerris C
